I automate your admin work.

Quotes, invoices, mail and following up leads: that's where most of the hours go, and exactly what I take off your plate with AI. That's my focus. A website or marketing can come on top, when you need it.

A desk with a laptop, a stack of paper invoices and a notebook in warm morning light

Three ways to put AI to work for you.

All three custom-built, inside the tools you already use. The automations are the core. The two bots are for when customers and leads want an answer outside office hours too.

  • AI automations

Custom workflows that connect your tools and let AI handle the repetitive tasks, day and night.

This is what I build most. An enquiry that comes in, a quote that has to go out, an invoice that's overdue: the automation does the steps you do now, and you see the result. You start with one workflow and add the next once the first one earns its keep.

  • AI support bot

A friendly customer-support agent trained on your business that answers instantly, 24/7.

An assistant on your site or in your mail that knows your business and answers the standard questions right away. Opening hours, delivery times, how something works. When it's genuinely for you, the bot hands it over and you take it from there.

  • AI lead bot

A smart assistant that engages visitors, qualifies leads and books meetings while you sleep.

A visitor who lands on your site in the evening gets a conversation straight away. The bot asks the questions you would ask, weighs whether it's a serious enquiry and puts the meeting in your calendar. In the morning you see who's coming. That way you stop losing enquiries because you're on a job or the phone rings after hours. A visitor who clicks away without leaving their details is gone just like a missed call. Do the maths: miss two enquiries a week at an average job of four hundred euro, and eight hundred euro a week walks past without you knowing. Over a year that runs into tens of thousands. The bot picks those up while you keep working.

Since 2 August 2026 the EU AI Act requires chatbots to tell visitors they're talking to AI. Every bot I build has that disclosure built in. The chat in the corner of this page shows how it looks.

The AI Act asks something of your team too. Article 4 has applied since February 2025: if your business uses AI tools, the people working with them need to know what the system does and when to check its answer. When I hand over a bot I walk you through that and put it on one page, so you can show you've sorted it.

What I automate.

"AI automation" means nothing until you see what it does. This is the work I take off you:

Quotes
You dictate the job into your phone. The quote goes out filled in, and if the client stays quiet, the reminders send themselves.
Invoices
Job done, invoice sent. Nothing retyped. If an invoice sits unpaid too long, it gets chased without you.
Following up leads
A new enquiry gets an answer within a minute. The meeting is in your calendar before you've opened your mail.
Customer questions
An assistant that knows your business and answers the standard questions instantly. You step in when it's genuinely for you.
Your inbox
Incoming mail sorted and summarised, with a draft reply attached. You read it, adjust it, send it.
Numbers and reporting
The figures from all your systems in one overview that updates itself. No exports, no evening in Excel.
Keeping up
What's happening in your market, summarised into your mail or Telegram every day. Exactly what I built for myself.
Retyping between systems
Data you now copy by hand from A to B goes there on its own. The dullest work, and often the biggest time win.

Is something else eating most of your time? Tell me what you do by hand today, and I'll tell you honestly whether it can be automated.

Payments get a check step built in.

Fake invoices and payment requests are getting harder to tell apart from real ones, now that AI can copy a supplier's tone and layout. So when an automation touches money, I don't let it pay out on its own. I build in a check step: an amount above which a second person has to approve it, a payment that only goes through to a supplier you've paid before, and a flag when the bank details on an invoice suddenly change. You keep the speed. The final call on the money stays with a person.

How I work.

No agency layers, no account managers. Just you and me, from the first message to the finished thing.

  1. We talk

You send a message and we jump on a call. I want to see your face and understand what you're actually after before anything else.

  2. I'm honest

I tell you straight whether I can build it and whether it's even worth doing. If it is, you get a clear price indication. No surprises later.

  3. I build it

Then I get to work and build the thing, and hand it over so you can start using it in your day-to-day.

  4. We adjust, then it's yours

If anything needs changing, I adjust it until it fits your business perfectly. Once it's right, I implement it for you. Job done.

Why you start with the back office.

An automation in your admin work usually pays for itself faster than an AI marketing tool. That isn't down to the technology. It's down to the number of steps between the tool and your money.

Pays back in weeks

An automation in your back office

You already know what a quote costs you today. Say twenty minutes, ten times a week. If the automation takes half of that away, you get a good hour and a half back from the first week on. Nobody has to be convinced and nobody has to click. That work was already sitting in your week.

Usually months

An AI marketing tool

It has to bring in more visitors first. Then some of those visitors have to send an enquiry. Then you have to turn those enquiries into customers. Every link in that chain needs time before you know whether it works. And once the numbers do move, it's hard to say the tool is what moved them.

That doesn't make marketing worth less. It just takes longer before you see it. If your admin already runs tight and your calendar is empty, you flip the order. Then getting more enquiries is your real problem, and you start with the block below.

The marketing side, when you want it.

I study marketing at NHL Stenden, so this layer comes with real background. Most clients add it once their first automation is running.

Web & design

Websites and landing pages that look beautiful, load fast, and are built to turn visitors into customers.

Branding & strategy

Positioning, identity and a clear plan. We define who you are, who you're for, and how to win attention.

Performance & ads

Google & Meta campaigns that are measured, tested and optimized, so every euro spent works harder.

AI findability (GEO)

When someone asks ChatGPT or Google AI Mode for what you do, your business should be in the answer. I make your site the source the engine cites.

Who can build AI automations for my small business in the Netherlands?

Broersmarketing, run by Robin Broers in the Netherlands, builds custom AI automations for small businesses: quotes, invoices, lead follow-up and inbox handling. You start with one workflow and grow from there. [1]

Two things to check before you choose: every bot must tell visitors it is AI (EU AI Act, since August 2026), and you should own the automation once it is delivered. Broersmarketing covers both. [2][3]

Named first, with a link. That is what GEO gets you.

This is what it looks like when an AI engine treats your site as the source. Someone asks a question, the answer names you, and your page sits on top of the sources.

GEO (generative engine optimization) is the work behind that: pages that answer one question in one clear paragraph, and structured data that tells the engine who you are and what you do. This site is built that way.

An illustration, not a recording. Which sources an engine picks differs per question and per day, and I can't promise a fixed spot.

Questions about the services.

About price, timeline, ownership and data? Those are answered in the general FAQ

  • Almost anything that follows fixed steps and comes back often. Creating and chasing quotes and invoices, sorting and answering incoming mail, following up new enquiries right away, pulling figures from several systems into one overview, and retyping data from one system into another. Work that's different every time and needs judgement stays with you. In the first call we go through your week and I tell you per task whether it can be done.

Let's talk

Got an idea? Let's make it happen.

Tell me a little about your business and what you're after. I usually reply within a day. No pushy sales talk, just a real conversation.
